About Me

Hi, I’m Alenka! I'm a qualified personal trainer with over five years of coaching experience, helping people build strength, improve body composition and develop sustainable training habits.

More about me.

My approach is centred on making strength training feel approachable, effective and adaptable to your life. Whether you want to build muscle, feel more confident in the gym or establish a routine you can maintain long-term, your programme should work for you — not the other way around.

I hold Certificates III and IV in Fitness, along with First Aid and CPR certifications, and a Bachelor of Arts in Archaeology and Ancient History. My coaching experience includes working with beginners, people returning to exercise, and clients with a wide range of fitness goals.

I also have an interest in plant-based nutrition and sustainable lifestyle habits. I believe fitness should support your life rather than take it over.

Beyond the Gym.

Outside of coaching, I love running, hiking, animals, travelling and exploring new places. I also enjoy drawing, baking and following Formula 1.

For me, movement is about more than what happens in the gym - it's about feeling capable, enjoying new experiences and building habits that help you get more out of life.

That's the approach I bring to EverAla: helping you build strength, confidence and habits that last.
